Market Segment: Tier-1 countries with a primary focus on the USA.
 

What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a key member to join our Growth team who will play a crucial role in developing and executing the company's growth strategy. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire marketing funnel, with a particular focus on Facebook as the primary channel for customer acquisition.

• Manage and allocate growth resources efficiently, continuously testing and refining hypotheses throughout the marketing funnel.
• Lead the launch and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, focusing on Facebook, followed by other channels like TikTok and Google Ads.
• Drive business growth across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on optimizing conversions and maximizing ROI.
• Work within the web2app funnel to ensure seamless user transitions and high conversion rates.
• Oversee campaign launches and optimizations in different local markets, prioritizing the USA.
• Collaborate on creatives development, including hypothesis generation, reference selection, and guiding the production team.
• Analyze data from various sources (GA4, Appsflyer, and Amplitude) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

We expect that you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in traffic acquisition at a strong Senior level.
• Proven expertise in Facebook Ads management.
• Experience with subscription-based mobile apps, particularly in the weight loss sector.
• Experience with the US market is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
• An analytical mindset coupled with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and advertising budgets effectively.
• Conversational English skills, sufficient for collaboration in the US market.
