Hey, we're Seva and Kirill, co-founders of Elly Analytics! 👋

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong sales and digital marketing skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as an Account Director or Senior Sales Manager in a digital marketing agency. You should be fluent in English and have experience selling or upselling in global markets.

🚀 The Role

Your main job will be leading demo and discovery calls as well as closing deals. To do this, you will:

  • Be the face of Elly, meeting with prospects and making a positive impression.
  • Be able to pitch marketing strategies and explain the role of marketing analytics for each particular business and its needs.
  • Collect information on the first call, understanding the client's business, needs, and goals.
  • Present customized standard proposal for each client, on the second call and help the client present Elly’s proposal to their stakeholders.
  • Answer client questions, resolve concerns, and close the deal.

We automate tasks like outreach, lead generation, preparing client profiles, and follow-ups. While our experienced team will assist you with the knowledge base, your goal is to help clients improve their marketing performance using Elly’s data-driven insights. Think of yourself as part consultant, part friend – always ready to help. We pride ourselves on long-term client relationships of 4+ years.

 

👀 Who We Seek

  • Fluent English Speaker: Proficiency in English at a C1 level, with strong conversational skills.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in an English-speaking work environment is essential.
  • Geographical Location: Ideally based in the US, Latin America, Western Europe, or Eastern Europe (though Eastern Europe may present some complexities for us). Excludes candidates from Asia.
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of three years as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Director within digital marketing agencies.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in upselling and providing tailored solutions to clients.
  • Versatile Professional: Experience working with companies of varying sizes and structures, including direct interaction with Founders and CEOs.
  • Dynamic Personality: A lively, enthusiastic professional who can quickly adapt to situations and has the ability to attract the necessary resources and people.
  • Sense of Humor: You have the ability to joke in English and connect with clients on a personal level.

Great to have:

  • Experience in launching and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in compiling advertising reports and participating in marketing analytics projects.
  • Experience in working in the US market.
  • Willingness to travel.

🍏 Terms

  • Full-time role.
  • Salary: base pay of $5,000 and an additional 7.5% commission for meeting the target – ~$10,000. Both types of payments through Deel.com.
  • Flexible working hours, aligned within +/- 7 hours of US time zones.
