Appnext is looking for an experienced and talented manager to operate our office in Russia & CIS. You will be responsible for the success and expansion in Russia/CIS, overseeing all business aspects. 


 

Responsibilities:

  • Strength the Appnext brand in Russia/CIS
  • Onboarding Advertisers to the Appnext Platform – responsible for generating leads, negotiate the deal terms and follow up the integration process until generating revenues and after
  • Maintaining & increasing synergy & performance of current RU/CIS customers.
  • Forming long-term partnerships with strategic Advertisers, Agencies, OEMs & Publishers
  • Manage the local RU/CIS dream team
  • Competitive intelligence – identifying trends & connections in the mobile monetization & advertising worlds


 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in Russia
  • A clear understanding of the Russian Market and well-connected in the AdTech industry
  • 3+ years of experience in the mobile/online marketing industry (еxperience in mobile and performance marketing is important)
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, able to present complex data clearly and professionally in the WW team.
  • Fluent Russian language
  • Passion for Sales!
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
