Position: Head of Business Development

We are a rapidly expanding digital fashion startup at the cutting edge of integrating advanced technology with the latest fashion trends. Our mission is to transform the fashion industry with innovative digital solutions. We are in search of a dynamic and experienced professional with 3+ years in fashion business development to lead our growth strategy and foster partnerships that drive our vision forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with Seamm’s goals and objectives.
  • Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with fashion brands, tech companies, and other key industry players to expand Seamm’s presence in the market.
  • Market Expansion: Lead efforts to enter new markets and sectors, positioning Seamm as a leader in digital fashion.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by developing and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture long-term relationships with fashion industry stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of business goals with product development and brand strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 3 years in the fashion industry or related fields. 
  • Network: Strong network within the fashion industry, with an ability to foster key relationships and secure partnerships.
  • Sales Expertise: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving growth targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for articulating business strategies to various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital fashion technologies, e-commerce platforms, and the latest trends in the industry.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for fashion, technology, and innovation, with a vision to transform the industry.
