✔️ About the company and the project: Our client is one of Estonia’s top mobile phone repair companies with 15 stores already in operation and two more launching this year. This is a fully remote role with part-time hours (20 hours per week), providing flexibility and growth opportunities within the company, along with additional benefits.

✔️ Experience
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join one of Estonia’s leading mobile phone repair companies. With 15 stores already established and two more opening this year, the company is growing rapidly and looking for someone to assist the CEO in a variety of tasks.

✔️ Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO's schedule and calendar, organizing meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, restaurants, and other necessary services for business trips.
• Filter incoming messages and draft responses based on voice notes provided by the CEO, then distribute these messages across various social media platforms.
• Organize and execute necessary purchases and deliveries.
• Handle ad-hoc requests for finding temporary service providers, such as contractors or business-related professionals.
• Work with Excel to manage data and other information.

✔️ Key Qualifications: 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
• Experience with travel arrangements and coordinating logistics.
• Proficient in Excel and basic data management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to draft written responses based on voice notes.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
