Senior Product Designer

Product Design at Platinumlist is at the forefront of our fast-paced Product Development process, working as an inherent part of the entire product development cycle. Together with product managers, designers estimate the next big area of improvement and plan the big picture for development teams. They conduct discovery and research interviews with users and the biggest event organizers, maintaining and growing the design system to sustain a fast development cycle while keeping the quality of output high. Together with developers, they dig into the technical details of how users buy tickets across multiple platforms and distill that into journeys that help customers do their jobs better. With this in mind, they shape the product experience to best fit our customers’ needs. At the moment, we are rebuilding and reshaping the product experience of event ticketing in the region. We are considering how various requirements, categories, cases, and creative assets turn into high-performing product on any of the platforms we support, including the website, mobile app, landings, and product for industry partners. All platforms and products are at different points of maturity and complexity, and we aim to make them more effortless and streamlined at scale. We are seeking someone who has mastered the craft of turning insights into beautifully designed products. This person should be able to inspire organizations through prototyping and storytelling, ensuring that their final work has maximum impact on the customer. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Designing products and features that are fast to discover and easy to learn, providing value to customers

● Building and iterating on an enjoyable UI/UX

● Interacting directly with our customers to validate your design solutions.

● Collaborating with a cross-functional team of Developers, Product Managers, and other Designers to continue building and scaling our design system.

● Building complex prototypes that can be shared with users during UX research.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

● UI Design. Fluent with Figma

● Prototyping

● UI animation

● Ambition of taking responsibility, motivation for a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly changing environment

● You feel confident leading the design process end-to-end, from collecting product requirements internally and from end users, to prototyping, to delivering high-fidelity designs and working closely with engineers to bring your solutions to life

● You're passionate about the entire product discovery process, preparing UX research and customer interviews.

● Good level of English and Russian. Ability to express your ideas.

● Strong soft skills

Highly desirable (as a plus):

- Knowledge of any other prototype tool except Figma (Framer, Webflow, Protopie, etc.)

- Knowledge of After Effects for creating animations;

- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS or mobile programming languages

- Experience with SaaS and e-commerce is a plus.
