ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Recruiter to join Voiso and play a key role in driving our international recruitment efforts. In this role, you will support the hiring for key departments, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial, across all our global office locations. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Identify and screen potential candidates for business roles.
• Prepare job descriptions and manage job postings.
• Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships with hiring managers and global candidates.
• Contribute to HR standardization and automation processes.

RQUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Business Recruiter (3 years+).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
• Fluent English (at least C1 level).
• Experience in closing executive roles and business positions.
• Strong time management skills.
