About the role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to support our data-driven marketing efforts. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring data integrity across our campaigns. This role will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure marketing strategies are grounded in reliable data and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing analytics and deliver data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions;
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time marketing performance tracking and optimization;
- Conduct attribution analysis, develop incrementality models, and troubleshoot event tracking (GA/GTM);
- Support A/B and multivariate testing, offering insights and recommendations for campaign optimization;
- Perform segmentation analysis to drive personalized, trigger-based customer communications;
- Optimize marketing channels to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and overall engagement;
- Implement anti-fraud measures to maintain data integrity;
- Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends to guide marketing strategies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and support marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, growth analysis, or data analysis in a marketing context;
- Expert-level experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Google & Bing Search Consoles, Semrush, and Meta/Google Ads conversions;
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms;
- Strong experience in statistical analysis, with proficiency in Python and SQL;
- Proficient in English (B2);
- Experience building and automating management-level reports (nice to have);
- Ability to ensure accuracy in data interpretation and reporting;
- Ability to adjust to changes in market trends, business needs, and new tools or methods;
- A natural drive to explore new trends, tools, and strategies in the market.
Work Schedule
- 5 days a week, flexible work hours;
Salary Range
- Salary ranging from $3,000 per month (gross), negotiable based on experience;
