We are Reelly, an international PropTech startup revolutionizing the real estate market.
We're looking for a proactive and flexible Personal Assistant / Operations Manager to help keep things running smoothly! This role is part-time for now, with the opportunity to move to full-time in the near future.
What you'll do:
- Translate documents and presentations into English.
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO (think: paying bills, book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements).
- Research events and networking opportunities, and make sure everyone knows about them by adding them to shared calendars.
- Organize participation in conferences.
- Schedule meetings and keep calendars up to date.
- Double-check documents to ensure they’re complete and error-free.
- Digitize documents and record financial transactions in our system.
- Make sure team members add their tasks to the task management system after meetings.
- Collect monthly reports from team leaders.
- Keep track of recurring monthly payments and ensure they’re made on time.
- Prepare documents for signing with partners, clients, and contractors.
- Gather invoices for all payments and transactions.
- Create and send invoices for client payments.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong English skills (B2 or higher).
- Someone who can start part-time and is open to going full-time later.
- Experience with tools like ChatGPT.
- Bonus points if you know your way around the Real Estate industry!
- Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive.
