We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across our IT outsourcing and outstaffing operations. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is committed to fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand company goals and translate them into people strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering solutions that align with business needs and HR best practices.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure seamless experiences for employees and contractors.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract IT talent for both outsourcing and outstaffing needs.

Performance and Talent Management:

  • Facilitate performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and feedback processes.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to support their growth.
  • Design and execute training programs tailored to team needs.

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Optimize HR processes and ensure efficient management of outstaffed and outsourced personnel.

Change Management:

  • Support organizational changes, including scaling teams, restructuring, or process transformations.
  • Communicate effectively to help employees adapt to and embrace change.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role in an IT outsourcing or outstaffing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in talent acquisition (Head/C-level/Senior).
  • Experience in managing the hiring process and leading recruiters.
  • Experience in optimizing the Performance Review process.
  • English B2+.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
