System Analyst (Middle+/Senior)

Work Format: Remote (with future relocation opportunity to our office in Dubai)

EVEDEX is building a unique hybrid exchange that combines the principles of Web3 with secure and intuitive functionality. We’re seeking a skilled System Analyst with expertise in blockchain and decentralized exchanges to define and optimize processes, ensuring seamless functionality across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design systems for decentralized exchange operations, ensuring alignment with Web3 principles.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Create clear technical documentation, including system flows, integration specs, and user stories.
• Evaluate and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Monitor and analyze blockchain-related data to provide actionable insights.
• Research and integrate blockchain protocols to enhance platform functionality.

About You

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in blockchain, Web3, or fintech.
• In-depth understanding of decentralized exchanges and blockchain technologies, including smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
• Strong skills in data analysis and technical documentation.
• Experience working with blockchain analytics tools and APIs.
• Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
