WHO WE NEED: We are looking for the Business Development Manager with the huge experience in Payments field to drive this direction to the new heights. This is the key role for the future success of the company and we expect to see the professional able to build up and scale the payment solutions funnel.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE:

  • Searching for and attracting new payment providers
  • Communicating with payment providers
  • Integrating new payment providers
  • Managing payment traffic flow and ensuring stable conversion rates
  • Managing an operational team of payment coordinators
  • Organizing testing of payment methods

WE EXPECT THAT YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in searching and attracting new payment providers
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations (payments, risks, support)
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an operational team
  • Psychological resilience and ability to build trusting relationships with partners
