IT Recruiter (Part-time)

Hey there! 👋 We’re looking for a part-time recruiter to help create and moderate content for our job platform. Our small but awesome team already has 2 amazing members, and we’re searching for 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫 to join us!

At Talentway, we connect job seekers with top-matched opportunities. Candidates sign up on our platform and receive personalized job recommendations daily, thanks to our smart matching algorithms. We focus exclusively on the U.S. job market.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
We need your help with two key tasks:
1️⃣ Moderation – Review and refine job listings to meet our quality standards, working alongside AI to ensure accuracy.
2️⃣ Job Sourcing – Discover and add relevant job postings from niche job boards and communities.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫
💰 Competitive pay – Current team members earn $500–$900/month, depending on workload.
🌍 Remote flexibility – Work from anywhere within GMT+4 to GMT+11.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
- Excellent English skills (all job postings are in English).
- IT recruitment experience (preferably with SaaS GTM roles) 
- Ability to work 2-4 hours per day (6/7) and complete tasks before 6 AM New York time (a must!).
- Strong attention to detail – Our platform’s content must be flawless.
- Willingness to complete a short test task (2–3 hours).
