- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with analytics tools like BI, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Fluent in English for international team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Launch and manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize for better results, and achieve KPIs.
- Test and refine creative assets to improve efficiency.
- Manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
Great if you have (but not must-have)
- Proficiency in Python/SQL for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and digital advertising principles.
