📌 Poison Drop is a multi-brand omnichannel international jewelry department store. The company has been confidently growing in the Russian jewelry market since 2013, establishing itself as a recognized market leader and trendsetter.
In the fall of 2022, Poison Drop expanded into the UAE market, opening its first store in Dubai Hills Mall, alongside leading fashion brands.

- - Communication and event marketing: influencers, media, PR
- - Partnerships and collaborations
- - Development and implementation of brand development strategy
- - Creation and control of visual identity
- - Creation of an ideological community around the brand
- - Leading the process of collecting feedback from the market
📌 Who are we looking for and what do we expect from the candidate?
- - Experience in the role of head of brand marketing in fashion / beauty ecom market in MENA region
- - High fashion intelligence and sensitivity
- - Extensive and relevant contacts in the fashion market and cultural environment
- - Multitasking, ability to lead several projects in parallel
- - Personal accountability for results, business performance oriented, systematic in processes
- - Experience in development and examples of successful implementation of brand marketing strategies
- - Ability to build business processes
- - Data-driven decision making capabilities
- - Keeps track of the main market trends, has an excellent knowledge of brand promotion tools and uses them in his/her work
- - Good at creative communications
- - Understands the specifics of working in retail and the value of personalization, upselling, cross-selling activities
- - Fluent English
