We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in banking, investments, and credit solutions to bridge the gap between the product team and IT team. This role is crucial in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration of credit broker and POS solutions.
What you will do:
- Act as the primary liaison between the product team and the IT team.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for the IT team.
- Analyze, document, and validate product features, workflows, and technical solutions.
- Monitor progress on technical deliverables, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues during development.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on priorities and manage expectations.
- Support product testing to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Interaction with representatives of partner companies to develop processes for integration into our systems.
- Analysis of current Business processes in POS solution for changing and integration into Credit Broker.
- Analysis of partner's (lenders and merchants) processes and creation documentation for SA and Dev teams.
What you should have:
- Middle+ or Senior BA with experience in banking, investments and credits.
- Fluent English.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fintech (preferable credit organisation, broker, banking) or related field.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, particularly in transactional financial tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with product documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, UML, BPMN) is desirable.
- Experience with venders integration
