Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven performance marketing strategy to achieve business goals.
- Manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Yandex, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, VK, Telegram including setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPA, CTR, and CR.
- Optimize the conversion funnel and customer journey based on data insights.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages and website. Ability to see improvements within CJM, web journey - and run experiments to increase C1,C2,C3
- Leverage first-party and third-party data to improve targeting and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging advertising materials.
- Automate reporting and bidding processes using scripts and BI tools.
- Assess advertising budgets and reallocate resources for maximum ROI.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and implement new approaches and tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in Google Ads, Yandex, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Telegram and VK.
- Deep understanding of auction algorithms, bidding strategies, and automated traffic acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrica, and GTM.
- Experience with data-driven attribution models and marketing analytics.
- Successful B2B traffic acquisition cases will be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- English proficiency (B2 or higher) for managing international campaigns.
