As we scale, we're building a top-tier AI quality control team across Latin America to ensure the seamless functionality of our AI models and help us continue delivering exceptional value to job seekers.
Main task: Lead the growth and optimization of AI quality control operations in Latin America!
What You'll Do
1) Operational Leadership & Strategy
- Manage and optimize the ongoing AI moderation and quality control process across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with the Head of AI to identify areas of improvement in AI model performance and moderation procedures.
- Analyze AI errors and improve model learning by refining moderation workflows.
- Maintain and improve our AI quality control processes—ensuring that they are efficient and scalable while meeting SLAs.
2) Team Management & Development
- Lead and optimize a small, yet growing AI quality control team of 3 people working across UTC-5 and UTC-8, with the potential to expand within the next six months.
- Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to track team performance and efficiency (Response time ≤ 1 hour, 80%+ quality of jobs, speed ≤ 2.5 minutes per job).
- Provide transparent, actionable reports on team performance to the leadership team.
3) Hands-On Operational Excellence
- This role is not just about strategy—you're also responsible for hands-on daily moderation. You'll review job postings, analyze quality, and ensure that they align with our standards.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, training, or leading customer support, call center, or recruitment teams—preferably in LatAm.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Based in LatAm or anywhere between UTC-3 and UTC-8.
- Experience in a startup, fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving processes.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in setting KPIs, process automation, and reporting.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable working with moderation software, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Bonus Points 🌟
- Experience with AI is not mandatory—but familiarity with AI tools and how they work is a plus. We will provide guidance on how to work with our models.
- Background in managing international or multilingual teams.
- Familiarity with basic data structuring or working with admin panels (e.g., UI adjustments, or handling data inputs via dashboards).
