UI Designer with Frontend Development Skills (Japan, remote)

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with some frontend development experience to join our team. Our product is a business intelligence (BI) tool for enterprise users, and we need someone who can handle everything from product design to UX/UI and even some frontend coding.

✅ Responsibilities:
Design and refine UI/UX for our enterprise BI tool
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
Implement designs using React and Vue.js
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of design and code
Optimize user experience based on feedback and usability testing

✅ Requirements:
Strong experience in UI/UX design for web applications
Ability to quickly create high-quality designs
Experience with React and Vue.js
Understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly

✅ Compensation
Long-term collaboration preferred
Minimum working hours: 3 hours/day = around 80 hours/month
Hourly Rate: ＄40(USD)/ hour
Contract Basis(Freelance 業務委託ベース : Monthly renewal.)
Fluent in English ※No Japanese skill required
