I have an exclusive position, not available anywhere else. The company is a brand new game development studio opening in Qatar🌴 We are building a proactive and highly autonomous core team, and we are now looking for 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.

⚡️𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰:

As the Marketing Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity and driving the marketing strategy for our mobile games.

  1. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: Direct and inspire a team of designers to produce high-quality marketing assets, including promotional art, social media graphics, trailers, and UI/UX elements. Work with the UA/Marketing team in order to define priorities for the art team.
  2. 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all marketing channels and ensure consistency in messaging. Direct a team of video / graphic artists to conceptualize and design stunning video & graphic assets.
  3. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲: Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively promote new game releases and ongoing titles. Effectively contribute to the Marketing Art Production pipeline while understanding working constraints
  4. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to inform creative direction and enhance campaign effectiveness. Proactively Research on creative trends using various research tools - Facebook ads library, sensor tower etc.
  5. 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Oversee the organization and management of all marketing assets, ensuring they align with the brand guidelines.
  6. 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Work closely with game development teams to align marketing strategies with game design and user experience.
  7. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future creative decisions.

 

🔥 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭:

• 6+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. 4+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲

• Strong understanding of all aspects of Art Direction and marketing production for mobile games.

• Thorough understanding of digital/traditional and Graphic Art techniques.

• Expert level knowledge in either Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) or Motion design (After effects, Blender etc.)

• A Good understanding of character / Environment design is a major asset.

• Passion for Games and Creating fun content.

• Self-motivated, Excellent Communication, Organizational Skills, Team Spirit and Proactivity
