About the Role

As Skyro expands, we need a Senior Systems Analyst to ensure the scalability, efficiency, and seamless operation of our loan application and merchant management systems. This role is critical in designing and implementing software solutions that enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and align technical solutions with business goals. By optimizing key systems and fostering collaboration across teams, this role directly contributes to our company’s success and future growth in the fintech sector.

What You Will Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements to understand customer needs and translate them into workable solutions.
• Coordinate both within the team and across teams for cross-functional projects, ensuring solution consistency.
• Work closely with software engineering and QA teams to design the technical aspects of solutions.
• Write technical specifications and other necessary documentation for our projects.

What You Should Have

Experience:

• Fluency in English is required for collaboration within our international team, and proficiency in Eastern European language (Russian).
• At least 5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Systems Analyst.
• Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions autonomously.
• Experience collaborating directly with product managers and business analysts.
• Track record of successfully leading cross-team projects.
• Strong expertise in designing software solutions within distributed systems IT landscapes.
• Experience in developing customer-facing software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, technical specifications writing, distributed systems architecture, and cross-team collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech and the lending business.
• Experience working in product-based or SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with Kanban or other agile methodologies.
• Project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with logging stacks like ELK.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
