Founded in 2017 in New York, the company has expanded its presence with offices in Los Angeles, Florida, and Texas. As a nationwide company, we serve clients across America, offering our signature glass products and services to diverse markets.

In 2025, as part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy CRM Manager to join our remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Administration and ongoing support of CRM system (primarily HubSpot).
  • Providing technical support to sales and project teams.
  • Setting up new accounts and managing access across platforms (including Aloware and ClickUp).
  • CRM database maintenance, segmentation, and process optimization.
  • Implementing and maintaining automated workflows across CRM, task management, and telephony systems.
  • Escalating complex issues to CRM support or team lead when needed.
  • Collaborating with marketing and operations on automation and system integration initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Hands-on experience in CRM administration, automation setup, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with internet telephony tools such as Aloware or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience using ClickUp or equivalent task management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and time management tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or Operations Hub.
  • Exposure to email marketing or market research.
  • Basic understanding of automation tools and workflows.
