Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Call Centre Operator to join our operations team. This role is very important to the business as the manager will be involved in integrating agents into the ecosystem.
Our ideal candidate:
- Proficient in English at a C1 level, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work across two segments, making a total of 50–60 calls per day (including inbound and outbound calls).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and convert clients into qualified meetings.
Educational and Professional Background:
- Over 2 years of experience in customer service, lead qualification, or back-office process management.
- A bachelor’s degree in business analysis, management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
What will you do in this position?
Lead Qualification and Customer Engagement:
- Handle inbound leads from the direct sales funnel, focusing on clients interested in purchasing property.
- Conduct qualifying calls to assess client needs, verify interest, and determine the potential for property purchases.
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales managers for further processing and closing deals.
Agent Network Development:
- Perform outbound qualifying calls to agencies from the existing database.
- Reach out to decision-makers, such as the Head of Sales, to establish direct contact with key players.
- Forward relevant contacts to the business development team for scheduling meetings and building partnerships.
Additional Responsibilities:
- CRM management: Accurately maintain records of all client interactions, lead status, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead qualification progress, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
