Senior CDC Engineer with Java (iPaaS, Data Integration team)

⚡Role:

Senior Java Engineer with deep expertise in CDC (Change Data Capture) to join our specialized data engineering team. If you’ve built or contributed to CDC tools like Debezium, Fivetran, GoldenGate – this is your space.

🔄What you’ll do:

• Design CDC and ingestion systems from scratch
• Optimize CDC for scale, performance, availability
• Troubleshoot complex replication or consistency issues
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS

🎯 What we expect:

• Strong engineering experience with JVM stack
• 5+ years in CDC/replication (Debezium, Oracle GG, etc.)
• RDBMS internals expertise (transactions, WAL, replication)
• Broad experience with large-scale Relational Databases, SQL and JDBC (one of Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.); proficiency in SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing
• Ability to analyze database capabilities and identify optimal CDC strategies
• Strong troubleshooting skills for handling data inconsistencies, failures, and replication lags.
• English level - at least Upper-intermediate(B2)

Nice to have(s):

• Experience with Core Java, JDBC
• Hands-on with low-level systems, performance tuning, data replication
