We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online growth for our IT company.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital channels, data-driven decision-making, and experience promoting B2B technology solutions or services. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including demand generation, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and web analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead digital demand generation efforts to increase leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Oversee content marketing strategies (blog, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) tailored for technical buyers.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display ads, etc.).
- Optimize the company website for UX and conversion rate performance.
- Analyze performance metrics and ROI across all digital channels; present insights to leadership.
- Direct and manage email marketing campaigns including drip campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create unified messaging and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage digital marketing budget, agencies, tools, and technology stack.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B IT, SaaS, or tech environment.
- Proven success in lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales funnel optimization.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), A/B testing, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
