Keepgo is a global mobile internet provider that offers innovative products and solutions based on virtual technologies, primarily eSIM.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time, remote Junior Sales Outreach & Development Representative to generate qualified online or face-to-face meetings for the sales team or local partners and build a strong sales pipeline by identifying and engaging relevant leads through an effective outreach process.
The candidate must be fluent in Russian and English, demonstrate deep knowledge of Keepgo’s telecommunication products, build customer trust, and position themselves as professionals capable of addressing telecommunication needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- English: Intermediate+
- Strong understanding of the sales process and researching leads for starting new relationships.
- 1+ years of experience in sales development or similar roles in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with SDR tools (e.g., Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with new AI SDR tools.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling email/LinkedIn sequences.
- Ability to analyze lead data and campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and other SDR platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold emails and social media outreach using tools like Lemlist or similar automation platforms, preparing it for LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
- Research and create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Buyer Personas. Utilize AI tools such as Perplexity and SDR agents for ICP creation and craft outreach messages based on the outreach roadmap and proven successful strategies.
- Develop personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to connect with prospects effectively.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit for the company's connectivity solutions.
- Conduct targeted searches on a premium LinkedIn account to identify potential leads that match the ICPs and Buyer Personas.
- Initiate first contact with leads through LinkedIn and email and nurture these interactions until meetings are successfully scheduled.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach strategies to improve the sales process.
- Track progress in CRM software and report weekly/monthly results.
- Stay updated on telecom market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the connectivity space.
- Contribute to refining lead-generation strategies by analyzing outreach performance metrics.
