About the product and the team
This role is part of a fast-growing startup within a well-known venture studio, focused on building AI Companions — emotionally intelligent digital partners for meaningful human-AI interaction.
We create AI-first B2C products that combine:
- Conversational and emotional intelligence
- Text, voice, and video interfaces
- Use cases ranging from emotional support to romantic companionship and soft skill development

Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and execution with the primary focus on increasing LTV, including—but not limited to—optimizing ARPU and user retention;
- Create, manage, and prioritize a data-driven product backlog to align with business goals;
- Design and implement monetization strategies, including pricing models, paywalls, and in-app purchase flows;
- Generate, test, and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and other data-driven experiments aimed at improving monetization and user engagement;
- Conduct deep segmentation and cohort analysis to uncover insights about user behavior and identify growth opportunities;
- Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver impactful product features quickly and efficiently.
What we're looking for
We’re primarily looking for Product Managers at the Middle level — with 2+ years of hands-on experience in product roles, ideally in B2C tech.
However, we’re also open to exceptional candidates from top-tier consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey). If you bring strong analytical and strategic thinking, we’re ready to invest in your product training — even if this would be your first formal PM role.
Must-haves:
- Hands-on experience working with B2C subscription-based products;
- Strong analytical skills: segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel optimization;
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests;
- Ability to build and prioritize a high-impact product backlog;
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data);
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar.
Nice-to-haves:
- Background in Dating, Adult gaming, Entertainment, or AI-first B2C subscription products;
- Prior experience in management consulting or other strategy-intensive roles;
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user psychology;
- Rapid prototyping or live-coding skills.
