In this role, you will support marketing and product management teams by providing data and insights to enhance products and marketing materials. Your work will focus on two key areas: usability testing and marketing research, as well as coordinating external research projects.
Responsibilities
Usability Research for Product Managers:
Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing of products to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Organize in-depth interviews with users to understand their needs and experiences.
Design and conduct surveys to gather quantitative data.
Present research findings with actionable recommendations for product optimization.
Marketing Research for the Marketing Team:
Perform unmoderated testing of landing pages, banners, and creatives to assess their effectiveness.
Conduct interviews with users to analyze perceptions of marketing materials.
Perform competitive analysis to identify trends and ideas for marketing strategies.
Define and validate value propositions (UVPs) for key customer segments.
Research and optimize the marketing funnel: from ad messaging through landing pages to booking.
Conduct segmentation studies to identify core personas, needs, and booking behaviors.
Coordination of External Research:
Manage relationships with external research agencies: coordinate projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
Source and recruit respondents for research activities, ensuring they match target audience profiles for accurate insights.
Establish lightweight internal research processes: intake, method selection, execution, reporting.
Develop a strategic research roadmap aligned with marketing and seasonal priorities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in usability research.
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
Experience with moderated and unmoderated testing, interviews, and surveys.
Ability to run both qualitative (depth interviews, usability, ethnography) and quantitative (surveys, U-tests, Toloka, behavioral) research.
Experience with value proposition design, customer segmentation, and message testing.
Ability to determine the most suitable research methodology for specific requests from marketing and product teams.
Ability to analyze data and provide practical solutions for marketing and product teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaboration with marketing and product managers.
Experience managing external research agencies and recruiting respondents.
Competitive analysis and experience with marketing materials are a plus.
