Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation services (dispatching).
• Coordinate with affiliate partners when company vehicles are unavailable.
• Respond to client emails with pricing information.

Requirements

• Experience as a Dispatcher in the limousine industry (at least 2 years).
• Based in a time zone 12 hours ahead of Italy (preferred) or 6-7 hours.
• Strong written and spoken English; basic Italian (reading and simple conversations).
• Good organizational skills and ability to work remotely.
• A quiet workspace with a good headset and stable internet connection for calls.
• No specific software knowledge needed — you’ll use a browser and Office 365.

Work Schedule

You’ll need to cover 10 hours from 10 PM to 8 AM CET (Italy time). Candidates with a 12-hour time difference are preferred. Days of work to be agreed upon.
