Graphic & Motion Designer

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Graphic & Motion Designer to join our dynamic team!

If you enjoy working in a creative environment, know how to turn ideas into great visuals, and want to work on both graphic and motion design — this job is for you! You’ll be part of a friendly and fast-moving team, creating digital materials that support our brand and connect with our audience.

Tasks:

• Designing digital and print materials, including social media posts, banners, presentations, and infographics
• Creating motion graphics and animations for campaigns, product explainers, and social media
• Adhering to and evolving brand guidelines across all designs
• Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual assets
• Staying up-to-date with design trends and AI tools to ensure a modern, innovative aesthetic and continuously improving workflow speed and performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic, UI/UX, or motion design
• Bonus points for experience in IT, fintech, or creative/marketing agencies
• Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, and composition
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma, plus motion tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Ability to create engaging visuals and animations for social media, product explainers, and campaigns
• A portfolio that shows your creative range and real business impact
• Experience with 3D stand design and branded merchandise is a nice extra
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines
• A proactive and collaborative designer who’s passionate about creating meaningful visual experiences
• English B2
