An international financial company is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to take ownership of key analytical initiatives and play a strategic role in shaping the company’s product data practices. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, experimentation, and data quality improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Lead high-impact analytical projects end-to-end — from problem scoping and research to delivering insights and influencing decisions at all levels, including C-level.
- Drive the implementation of GrowthBook (new A/B testing platform): structure the testing process across teams, set standards, train users, and ensure consistent usage across the company.
- Enhance our Mixpanel analytics setup: improve event tracking quality, increase adoption across teams, and unlock the platform’s full potential.
- Own and evolve the anomaly detection system: define key business metrics, establish robust methodologies, assess third-party tools or design internal solutions.
- Perform deep product analysis using Python to uncover trends and opportunities for product growth.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
- Promote a data-driven culture by helping teams build the skills and habits needed to make smarter decisions through data.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Take initiative and enjoy improving processes
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with both tech and business teams
- Know how to push your projects forward independently
- Are excited about making a visible impact through analytics
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data/Product Analyst.
- Proficiency in using Mixpanel or similar analytics tools for tracking user behavior events.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Proficiency in using SQL
- Familiarity with BI tools, preferably with Power BI.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
