Human Lab is looking for a talented Head of Sales for a prominent agency specializing in crypto advertising, boasting a powerhouse team of industry leaders, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead the sales department, focusing on both cold sales and handling leads from marketing.
Manage a team of 7 people.
Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to boost conversions and attract high-quality clients.
Ensure key performance indicators are met and continuously work on improving team results.
Maintain and oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date reporting.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in display advertising sales.
At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Understanding the importance of following established processes and guidelines.
Excellent communication skills.
High level of self-organization and focus on key tasks and results.
English level C1.
