Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are now looking for an Accounts Growth Manager to join our ambitious Sales team.

What you do

  • As an Accounts Growth Manager, your role is to unlock revenue from accounts not currently under active management. You will:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for unmanaged accounts in the gambling segment.
  • Create and run campaigns to activate and convert these accounts.
  • Use programmatic tools to streamline and enhance your sales activities.
  • Analyze market trends and account data to identify opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with key contacts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Support.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and act on insights to hit targets.

What you know

To shine in this role, we expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within the gambling industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital campaign management and programmatic approaches.
  • Strong data analysis skills and comfort with performance metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations is an advantage.
