About Data Operations

At Data Operations, we help offline and omnichannel retailers stay competitive in a

fast-moving market through advanced AI-driven solutions. Our platform enables

dynamic pricing, promotion planning, and real-time competitor monitoring, helping

retailers optimize margins, reduce manual workload, and gain market advantage.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Product Manager with experience in

retail tech and price intelligence to lead our efforts in developing competitor

monitoring and dynamic price analytics solutions.

Position: Product Manager

Location: Remote or Lisbon, Portugal

About the Role

As Product Manager – Retail Price Intelligence & Competitor Monitoring, you’ll own

the product roadmap for two of our most innovative tools: a system that transforms

shelf photos and videos from competitor stores into structured, actionable pricing

data and a smart dynamic pricing and promo optimization system.

You will work closely with our development, machine learning, and customer-facing

teams to build, refine, and scale this solution for major retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for our price intelligence

module

Work closely with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and desired outcomes

Translate business needs into product specs, wireframes, and user stories

Collaborate with ML and engineering teams to bring new features to life

Prioritize features based on customer value and technical feasibility

Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Align product goals with company strategy and cross-functional KPIs

Stay on top of retail and AI trends, especially in competitive pricing and shelf monitoring

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, or data products

Understanding of pricing analytics, competitor monitoring, or retail data flows

Experience working with computer vision, ML, or AI-powered tools is a major plus

Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, especially with retail clients and internal engineering teams

Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Solution-oriented mindset

English skills (B2 or higher)

Bonus: Experience in offline retail, FMCG, or QSR verticals
