Glam AI: Video & Photo Editor 9+

I must say this app does a lot, and what it currently doesn’t do, is actually in the works! I use this app for my business advertising, and I did run into a few snags mostly because i don’t know what I’m doing because there is no tutorial for this app so you’re basically taking shots in the dark at this point. Another thing is this app lacks a search bar which means you have to scroll through hundreds of templates. It’s great to have a lot of options but exhausting and time-consuming when you can’t search for a particular style. I will say the customer service for the app has been most helpful and gracious with helping me with issues. Outside of those recommendations the only other recommendation I would have at this time would be, if the app would only charge the coins if you were happy with the finished result. Otherwise you could easily blow through all of your coins just making changes here and there because the app didn’t get it right the first few times. I do highly recommend this app and I’m excited to see the new changes and developments going forward.

I recently started using Glam AI and have been impressed by its capabilities. The app boasts a user-friendly interface that even non-tech-savvy users can navigate with ease. However, I noticed some limitations: the product database could be more comprehensive, as it currently misses some smaller or emerging brands. If you’re just looking to make silly videos of yourself, this probably works well. But if you’re doing what they advertise, putting your product in to try to create short videos, this won’t work. Every product image I put into this app was fundamentally changed by the AI. It was not programmed to leave the product alone. So any labels were scrambled. Colors were changed. Shapes were changed. Sometimes it inexplicably would keep the word on the product but delete the product itself. It wasn’t my product anymore. So I couldn’t use the video. Not even close. Not even in the ballpark. I worked on this for days and days and never got anything usable.

Updated: I see the developer has responded, but I assure you I uploaded many different images of several different products. Even the plain bag, which I thought was for sure going to work, got changed. I worked with it for hours over several days trying to get anything to work. Even a simple bracelet got completely mutilated.

Many of the options, like the flowers coming up behind the image, didn’t even come close to doing that. It’s sort of rippled the image. I really liked that one and tried it with many products and none of them showed flowers. This app just is not sufficiently tested.

Here are a couple of things that should fix your issue: check if you use the right filter; upload photos at different distances (close-up and farther away ones); check the photos are of a high quality. If there is a text or a logo involved, check that either of them is clearly visible, since AI might not recognize unclear or very small fonts.
