After graduating from the Technical Siberian University of Telecommunications and Informatics in 2013, I began my professional journey as a pre-sale engineer at Mango Telecom, a cloud company that was still in its startup phase. Through my contributions, we achieved a leading position in the market, demonstrating my ability to effectively leverage technical expertise and sales strategies.

Subsequently, I joined VEKA, a German construction supplier of PVC profiles, as the Head of Sales. Over the course of eight years, I successfully raised profits by an impressive 40% and led a team of 10 sales professionals. My focus on building strong customer relationships, implementing targeted sales strategies, and effectively managing the sales process contributed to our significant growth and market expansion.

In 2022, I had the privilege of joining IKEA as the Head of B2B Sales for the Siberian region. Leading a team of 30 professionals, I played a vital role in expanding IKEA's presence in the B2B market. By implementing effective sales strategies and nurturing key client relationships, we achieved notable business growth and strengthened IKEA's position as a trusted provider in the region.

Following my successful tenure at IKEA, I took on the role of Sales Team Lead at Yandex, a renowned technology company.
