A specialist with experience in business and systems analysis. My career began with engineering positions in automated control systems and equipment setup, where I gained experience working with data, reporting, and documentation. I have a relevant education (MISIS university).

My development in business analysis includes working for major companies, where I analyzed and optimized business processes, set requirements for information systems, and tested and implemented solutions. I specialize in creating process models (as is/to be), defining KPIs, and developing regulatory documentation. I optimized warehouse processes, designed a document intake interface in the internal Oracle Siebel CRM to streamline contract collection from branches across Russia, and refined processes in the fintech and FMCG industries. I utilize tools like SQL, MS Excel, and OLAP, and have skills in data visualization and large-scale data analysis. My experience allows me not only to identify bottlenecks but also to propose solutions that improve efficiency.
