 • As a Project Manager from the Commercial department, I spearheaded the deployment of specialized IT software to automate and refine category matrix management by category managers, harnessing the power of Big Data analytics, using Agile and Scrum technics, working with different stakeholders such as IT, Commercial, Supply chain. Result: Fully automized working place for category managers was settled, category managers are trained, tutorial is published on Confluence. 

• Lead the project of data verification in IT software. The result: fully approved data in Tableau’s reports.

 • Lead and implemented “Customer led category management” project in MvideoEldorado. Result: Regalement and tools to present category strategy on CEO level
