Мои компетенции и опыт

• Started my IT Career in 2015 as an Outourcing Sales and Business Development manager, then quickly shifted to Project Management in 2019 at the call of the heart and never regretted this decision! For the last 6 years I:
  - Handled and successfully delivered more than 200 projects of varying complexity, length and team size;
  - Managed Computer Vision, AI, Crypto projects;
  - Delivered ecommerce, logistics and tourism projects with a 1.5+ years development cycle from concept to production and following support;
  - Worked with clients from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Russia, China, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Columbia, USA (around 50% US) and many more;
  - Learned how to manage and set up different documentational and Project Management systems: Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Redmine + highly familiar with CRM software

  - Worked a lot on estiamtions and their further ETA planning, was responsible of MSA/SoW creation including the related Risk Management
   
• On my previous workplace I achieved:
  - Started working on a Middle PM positinon and in two years was raised to Teamlead PM with 4 PMs in team
  - Organized the development of standardized templated development for core niche repetative requests which lead to significant marginality and ETA stats increase
  - Reworked internal project documentation flows and format
  - Agreed with management on project based KPIs and OKR for personnel involved which lead to 10-17% (depends on the project and time of the year, but statistically no less than 10% increase when compared to periods before the KPI/OKR system implementation) effectiveness increase
  - Integrated and set up software required to arrange a viable and clean flow of documentation and reporting for client: Xero for Financial management, TestIT for clear QA reports and moved from bitbucket to Gitlab to better match the prevaling client's CI/CD consequences
  - Automated more than 50% of reporting and meeting summaries with AI integration

  - Ability to manage and integrate any kind of Software including syncig it into processes/other systems existing
