I am Kseniia, a Business/System Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on experience across the insurance, fintech, and manufacturing domains.
Currently, I contribute to backend API development at Allianz Partners, where I design and maintain OpenAPI Specifications, validate complex integrations through Postman testing, and manage documentation in Confluence.

My prior work at KMF involved orchestrating integrations across multiple teams, working with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MinIO, and Tarantool, and optimizing GraphQL queries for high-load systems. At Omnicomm, I customized and configured Creatio to streamline processes, modeled workflows in UML/BPMN, and facilitated UAT. These experiences have given me a full-stack analyst perspective — from product discovery and requirement gathering to technical specification, solution design, and successful rollout.

I am proficient in UML/BPMN, REST API and have practical exposure to Kafka and asynchronous patterns. My strong international background and English proficiency at C1 level allow me to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams.

Currently based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
