We are building a scalable and profitable B2B Sales Engine. We are Russian speaking team working for EU, US markets.​😊

We are looking for a middle/senior recruiter who will help us scale our team of line staff. We expect that you will start as a part-time employee with a potential to grow to a full-time HR/HRD over time.

We will need to close a couple of admin positions (finance/legal), but most of the job will be concentrated around line staff: sales managers, account managers, operation specialists.

We will expect you to close around 5 positions per month. We are happy to hire Russian speaking candidates, but all of them should be fluent in English.

Your responsibilities 🧐:

• Creating JD from scratch with inputs from stakeholders;
• Setting up working funnel of suitable candidates;
• Filtering out CVs;
• Conducting screening interviews in English.

Our expectations from you 🤓:

• Experience in recruitment for B2B;
• Experience in hiring line staff;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in hiring international specialists and working with international channels;
• 15-25 working hours per week.
