About Chatfuel
- We help businesses automate customer support and increase sales. Bots built on our platform help 3+ million registered users process hundreds of millions of messages monthly.
- Our customer list includes Audi, Adidas, Mercedes Benz, T-Mobile, MTV, TechCrunch, LEGO, and Golden State Warriors. Our firm, driven international team covers thrilling, ambitious tasks and extensive prospects.
- Currently, we are looking for HR Director to join our team.
Primary responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning
Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles. Collect potential talents longlist in advance.
2. Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives.
3. Recruitment
- Hiring the right talents when needed.
- Running orientation and onboarding processes.
- Communicating role expectations.
4. Employee Development
- Identifying training needs and creating development plans to meet those needs.
- Facilitating professional development and training opportunities.
- Coaching employees in their career development.
- Supporting managers in creating career paths and development plans for their teams.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR business partner or HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
