Hello! We are ZeptoLab and we make mobile games (Cut The Rope, King of Thieves, C.A.T.S., Bullet Echo, Overcrowded and many more). We are looking for a remote Customer Support specialist to work with players from all over the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Remote processing of requests and provision of technical support to players (mainly in English);
  • Working with internal tools for checking player profiles, if necessary, accruing in-game bonuses;
  • Analysis of player logs;
  • Interaction with development teams, QA and not only;
  • And, of course, play a lot, because you have to become an expert in our products.

Key requirements:

  • Competent written and verbal Russian;
  • Written English - you need not only to understand, but also to answer requests without mistakes;
  • Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions and compose clear answers for players;
  • Having a high level of empathy;
  • Organization, politeness, self-learning, stress resistance;
  • Gaming experience is required. We are a gaming company, so we expect from the applicant experience in games - mobile or PC and console. If your experience is limited to "three in a row" and runners, or "shooters" many years ago, then, alas, we will not fit together.

  • Advanced software knowledge.
