About us
We are the largest no-code chatbot-building platform for Facebook Messenger, Instagram and web-sites. Our customers create bots for sales and marketing funnel automation, lead generation and nurturing, customer support, and communication. We already have more than three million registered users, and the bots created on our platform process more than half a billion messages every month. Some of our largest customers include Audi, Adidas, Mercedes Benz, T-Mobile, MTV, TechCrunch, LEGO, Golden State Warriors, and many others.
We are currently looking for a new Middle/Senior QA Engineer :)
Our tech stack:
- Kotlin (Our entire platform is based on it. We are writing automated tests in it now too).
- MongoDB (Our main database).
- End-to-end UI autotests (Selenium (Selenoid) / Playwright, jUnit5, Aerokube Moon).
- CI/CD - Teamcity
- We are open to new suggestions and willing to consider your experience with other type of tech.
- Linux at user level
- Bugtracking - Jira
- Can work with Postman
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with complex issues that come up in our app.
- Communicate with our developers, support and sometimes management to better understand how our product is supposed to work. Or communicate why it isn't supposed to work the way it does.
- Develop our end-to-end testing infrastructure.
- Test our application (manual and autotesting)
Candidate expectation:
- Databases and APIs understanding.
- Hands-on experience in automated testing.
- Basic knowledge of any programming language.
- Product experience is a must.
- A desire to grow in testing and develop testing at Chatfuel. We are now actively looking for new expertise and creative approaches.
- Written English (ideally conversational). We are an American company and some of our employees are from other countries. It will be important to find a common language with them.
