Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Currently, we are looking for a Level Artist for one of the studio's leading projects - Spine.

Spine is made with Unreal Engine 5 and centered around cinematic gun-fu shootouts. It's a third-person beat'em'up with a full set of PC gaming features, including a deep storyline, a unique setting, cutscenes, intriguing enemies, memorable bosses, character progression, and, most importantly, breathtaking battles with a wide array of firearms.

This project represents a new ambitious challenge for the company as it marks our first game for both PC and consoles.

🔸Responsibilities:

  • Working with level designers and art director on the overall art direction and vision of the project.
  • Blocking out basic ideas, arranging assets.
  • Finding optimal solutions in visual and functional aspects.
  • Working with documentation and according to documentation.
  • Final polishing of levels, working with micro-compositions.
  • Setting up lighting.

🔸Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Unreal Engine.
  • Understanding of composition, light, and color principles.
  • Basic understanding of game design.
  • Professional approach to working with feedback.
  • Flexibility and initiative.
  • Desire to work in a team.
  • Fluent communication in English or Russian is required.

🔸Will be a plus:

  • Experience working on AAA-level projects.
  • Experience as a 3D modeler, concept artist, or lighting artist.
