We are a global programmatic consultancy leveraging advanced analytics driven AI across programmatic technology to deliver marketers better business outcomes; faster, at scale and more predictive of short term and long term business value. Our client centric- data & tech neutral solutions leverage the latest advancements in adtech to optimize towards the best performing audiences, inventory & technology, while providing full transparency and advanced analytics to our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Team Management. Manage a team of strategists and team's day-to-day workload.
  • Programmatic Strategy Development. Lead the development and implementation of programmatic strategies aligned with client goals in close collaboration with planning and MPO teams.
  • Client Collaboration. Collaborate with CS team and if needed act as a primary point of contact for some clients. Deeply be involved in the accounts' day-to-day.
  • Masterful Storytelling. Create compelling stories using PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will possess a unique ability to distill complex strategies into captivating narratives that resonate with both internal teams and clients.
  • Audience and Creative Strategy. Demonstrate expertise in developing audience and creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • New Business Development. Play a pivotal role in driving business growth in close collaboration with BDR and Growth (Sales) teams.
  • Industry Research. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and programmatic best practices. Create capabilities and industry-specific deck alongside company POVs.
  • Strategy Team Processes. Collaborate with Strategy and other departments to establish departmental processes that will streamline day-to-day strategy operations as well as assist in creation of reusable materials and templates for the whole Strategy and Planning team.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in digital planning and strategy, or a related role within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record working with major CPG clients, where communications planning is a prioritized discipline.
  • Experience across programmatic technology platforms and omnichannel DSPs such as DV360, TTD, Xandr, Amazon, Yahoo, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a unique storytelling acumen to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Fluent English (C1+)
