Senior QA automation specialist (Canada, remote/relocate, USD)

Your responsibilities:

• Build a test environment for API testing
• Develop autotests in Ruby
• Interact with the manual testing, management and development team

Our expectations:

• 3+ years of QA experience
• 1+ years of QA automation experience (Ruby, Java or JS)
• BS degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of QA concepts and automation testing best practices
• Strong Knowledge of REST API and experience with REST API automation using tools like Postman, Rest Assured
• Experience in working with SQL databases
• Experience in designing, maintaining and extending automation frameworks for Web and Mobile based application using tools such as Appium, Selenium, Protractor, WebdriverIO, etc
• Experience with modern software engineering practices of unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment
• High-level knowledge of English
