VP of Engineering

Global mission of this role:

• Build a winning and highly engaged engineering team across Russia and Eastern Europe (engineering culture, technical brand, team engagement)
• You will lead execution within one of the three core Company's product domains.
• In addition, you will lead the overall site in Russia in terms of people engagement and well-being, as a de-facto site manager, and will work closely with the CTO to expand our team across Eastern Europe.

Team:

• Leading a team of 100+ people, with growth opportunities across Russia and CIS
• Direct reports: 6-8 people
• Location: overall remote/distributed team across Russia and Eastern Europe+ office in Moscow

Position level: CEO-2, reporting to CTO

Requirements:

• Inspiring people leader with a track record of developing high performing teams >50 people
• Obsessed with technology and engineering culture
• Commercial acumen to understand the impact of technology on the business
• Overall >10-15 years of engineering experience
• Training from top-notch engineering schools/companies
• International customer and SaaS experience is a strong advantage
