Wheely is growing rapidly and is seeing significant growth in the B2B Market. The potential is huge, and as we aggressively build our sales team, we’re looking for a smart and enthusiastic individual who can strongly increase our business clients portfolio.
The Account Executive will deliver value to our customers by providing best transportation solution, drive growth, improve customer experience and turn them to Wheely champions. They will take over building new customer relationship from lead to sale with a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at companies within your portfolio
- Lead the onboarding process to drive customers from signed to launch with Wheely
- Help design and implement Wheely Business Account rollout programs for clients
- Conduct business reviews to track performance management, seek product feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction and evangelism with Wheely
- Serve as a proactive trusted advisor to deeply understand your customers and their needs
- Achieve engagement, satisfaction, and portfolio growth targets
- Identify opportunities for expansion within your portfolio, partnering with additional teams to gain commitment for launching new volume on Wheely
- Monitor company performance and flag potential issues
- Drive referrals from your portfolio
- Partner with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Continuously refine and improve your systems and approach
- Collaborate with other regions on multi-country opportunities
- Liaise and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve Wheely for Business products
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role responsible for growth targets in sales, business development, or account management
- Expertise in hunting targeted clients / accounts for selling technically complex products and platforms
- Powerful skills to establish new connections / networking in transport segment
- Strong analytical skills to monitor, report on, and measure customer performance and analyze trends and needs within your portfolio
- Technical aptitude and deep curiosity to quickly get up to speed on Wheely’s technology offering, with an ability to understand technology needs and provide vision for how Wheely solves customer problems with our technology and service
- Cross-functional experience communicating and managing relationships with internal stakeholders, both technical and commercial
- Experience in fast-paced technology-based start up or ride-hailing industry highly desired, but not required
