SMM Manager

We are the team of the international IT recruitment agency Lucky Hunter, and we are looking for a creative, self-motivated and result-oriented SMM Manager who will help us reach new heights of publicity and capture the international IT recruiting markets, first of all - the British one!

We are developing rapidly: providing proper motivation and diligence, each of our employees can get a promotion, we only encourage this approach. Prospects for further development of an SMM Manager is a growth to a PR/Content Manager or a Marketer. Everything depends on your desire and skills.

Our team consists of a PR Manager, a Content Manager and a Designer. The only missing puzzle is you - a great and motivated SMM specialist!

What you’ll do:
 

• Generate, edit, publish and share content (especially engaging one) in our social media accounts;
• Facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions;
• Communicate with followers, and respond to queries;
• Search for influencers in our industry, and create strong partnerships with them;
• Conduct social media research, find relevant queries and comments, reply to them, and involve the audience in discussions.
• Participate in regular brainstorming: we really need fresh and original ideas for company development.
• Together with the Marketing department, develop and implement the company's content strategy;
• Look for new channels to promote our company.

We already have accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, VK, Pinterest, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Reddit.
It’s extremely important to create specialized content for each platform which will meet the needs and interests of a particular social media audience.

What we expect from you:
 

• Work experience as an SMM Manager for at least 6 months;
• Desire to develop in the IT field;
• Passion for multifarious tasks and the ability to be flexible;
• Literacy, creativity, accuracy, attention to detail (and other must-have soft skills);
• MANDATORY knowledge of English at a high level (at least Upper-Intermediate).
